What are the requirements for making organic fertilizer pellets?

Organic fertilizers are spherical particles, and our organic fertilizer equipment has played a huge role in the production process. The process of making organic fertilizer pellets is very complicated. The granulation process includes fermentation-crushing-ingredients-stirring-granulation-polishing-drying-cooling-screening-packaging. The requirements for making organic fertilizer pellets are as follows:
1. Raw materials: The raw materials for organic fertilizer are also relatively wide, such as crop straw, soybean meal, animal manure, distiller’s grains, sugar residue, household garbage, etc. These materials must be fermented first, and some nutrients can be appropriately added in the fermentation process to improve the fertilizer efficiency of the particles, which is the requirement of the materials.
2. Moisture: Generally, granulation is dry-in and dry-out, and the moisture requirement is about 15%, and then different granulators are used to granulate according to the different characteristics of the material.
