Production process of pig manure organic fertilizer

Firstly, the recycled pig manure is directly sent to the fermentation area. After primary fermentation and secondary aging and stacking, the odor of pig manure is eliminated. At this stage, fermentation bacteria can be added to decompose the crude fiber, so that the particle size after crushing can meet the requirements of granulation.
Secondly, crush the fermented materials and then put into the mixing and stirring system. Before mixing and stirring, N, P, K and some other trace elements can be added according to the formula, and the stirring is started.

Then, the mixed material is conveyed into the granulation system. After granulating, the granules enters the cooling system after passing through the dryer. The granules are brought to normal temperature and then sieved. and the granules that meet the requirements enter the coating machine to be coated and then packaged. And those that do not meet the requirements are crushed by the pulverizer and then returned to the granulation system to continue granulation.
