1、The machine should be installed on a strong concrete foundation. After installing, it is necessary to ensure that the left and right sides are parallel and the four angles are stable, so that the frame is in even contact with the foundation surface. Some high-power motors have independent seats. This machine should install the main engine first and then install and adjust the motor. Then Connect the motor coupler and the mainframe coupler.

2、Check whether all anchor bolts are tightened.

3、Whether the motor power supply is three-phase, whether the connection is fastened.

4、Adding butter to the ends of the bearing block regularly.                                                                                                                  

5、It is strictly prohibited to start a few minutes after power-on.

6、If the shutdown is caused by power outage, then first properly inject some water in before starting up, so that the grain of the cylinder can expand and click on the starting switch, finally the feeding is started after the machine is in normal operation.
