Production Process of Compound Fertilizer

Ingredients of raw material: raw materials are provided in a certain proportion (according to market demand and soil test results).

Mixing raw materials: mixing the raw materials evenly to improve the overall uniform fertilizer efficiency content of fertilizer granules.

Granulation: the raw materials stirred evenly will be sent to the granulator ( the rotary drum granulator and double roller extrusion granulator can be used).

Drying: the granules made by the granulator will be sent into the dryer and the moisture contained in the granules is dried to increase the strength of the granules and facilitate preservation.
Cooling: the temperature of the fertilizer granules after drying is too high, and they are easy to agglomerate. After cooling, the granules are easy to be bagged, stored and transported.

Screening: The granules after cooling will be screened, and the unqualified granules will be crushed and re-granulated, till the the qualified products can be screened out.

Coating: coating the qualified products to increase the brightness and roundness of the granules.

Packaging: store the coating granules in a ventilated place.
