Shatter Value

The materials begin to loose and crumbled from the forth day of fermentation.

Smell

From the second day the smell begins to reduce, the forth day the smell basically disappear, the fifth day the smell completely disappeared, and the seventh day the materials will send out the fragrance of soil.

Temperature

On the second day, the materials reach the G temperature stage, and it bigins to fall on the seventh day. Keeping G temperature stage for a long tine can make the fermentation more complete.

PH Value

According to the fermentation method, the PH value should be 6.5.

Moisture Content

The initial moisture content if materials is 55%, and the moisture content should be reduced to 30% after fermentation.
